With the aim of supporting women from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds to excel in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) careers, Women in Technology Limited is inviting women at various stages of their careers to attend the CALD Program 2024 on 16 October 2024 at Auto & General Holdings Pty Ltd, Level 13, Toowong Tower, 9 Sherwood Road, Toowong, QLD.
This event is an excellent opportunity for CALD women in technology to connect with like-minded professionals, gain practical insights, and be inspired to take the next step in their careers. Whether your goal is to advance into leadership or fulfill personal ambitions, the CALD Program 2024 will provide the support and guidance you need to succeed.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from industry thought leaders and successful women in STEM, including our very own Divisional Manager for IT and Digital Recruitment, Nehal Shah.
With over 22 years of experience in the talent acquisition space, Nehal will share her knowledge and experiences on crafting your personal brand, harnessing diversity as a strength, job application tips and tricks, networking strategies, mastering the art of job interviews, and enhancing your communication skills.
“As an immigrant who is deeply passionate about diversity and inclusion, I am thrilled to share my journey and insights during this workshop,” said Nehal.
With a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment where every individual can thrive, regardless of their cultural or linguistic background, we at Optimum Consulting proudly support this event, which aims to help women aspiring to leadership roles enhance their professional presence and make a significant impact within their industries.
“The Women in Technology (WiT) community celebrates the diversity and talent of women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. If you are a CALD woman in STEM, I encourage you to join us. This event offers a platform to learn from industry thought leaders, network with fellow CALD women, and gain valuable insights to empower yourself both professionally and personally,” invited Nehal.
